By downloading or using Lovecoin.me, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 17+ where permitted by local law) to use this application. By using Lovecoin.me, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. License

Lovecoin.me Pte. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. AI Usage and Content

Lovecoin.me provides AI-generated suggestions for dating coaching and conversation assistance. While we strive for quality, we are not responsible for the outcome of any real-world interactions resulting from AI advice. You agree not to use the AI to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

Subscription Plans:

Weekly Premium — Localized price as displayed in the App Store (7-day subscription, auto-renews weekly)
Monthly Premium — Localized price as displayed in the App Store (30-day subscription, auto-renews monthly)

What's included: Personal Coach (10 sessions/day), Opening Lines (30/day), Conversation Analytics (5/day), Priority Support, and Premium Badge.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play (Android) where applicable.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Billing: Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
• iOS: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lovecoin.me
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Lovecoin.me
Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Your continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

5. Love Rewards (Digital In-App Token)

Love Rewards (LOVE) is a closed-loop digital token used exclusively within the Lovecoin.me app ecosystem.
LOVE tokens cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, goods, or services outside the app, nor transferred to other users.
Tokens are solely for redeeming premium features and services within the app, such as subscription access.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in impersonation, fraud, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lovecoin.me is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovecoin.me Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
