By using LoveCoin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 17+ where regulated) to use this application. By using LoveCoin, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. AI Usage and Content

LoveCoin provides AI-generated suggestions. While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible for the outcome of any real-world interactions resulting from AI advice. You agree not to use the AI to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content.

3. LoveCoin (LOVE) and Web3

• LoveCoin (LOVE) is a utility token on the Polygon blockchain.
• You are responsible for the security of your own blockchain wallet. We cannot recover lost private keys or reversed blockchain transactions.
• Transactions may be subject to network "gas" fees which are outside of our control.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for premium features are processed through Stripe or LoveCoin. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in impersonation, fraud, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

LoveCoin is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
