How does the AI Dating Coach work?
Our AI Dating Coach provides personalized, real-time dating advice. You can ask questions about dating situations, upload conversation screenshots for tone and engagement analysis, and receive tailored opening lines and confidence-building tips. Your conversations are processed securely and used only to generate advice.
What is a Love Reward token (LOVE)?
Love Rewards (LOVE) is a closed-loop digital token used exclusively within the Lovecoin.me app ecosystem. You can earn LOVE tokens and redeem them for premium subscription access within the app. LOVE tokens cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or transferred outside the app.
How do I purchase LoveCoin?
You can acquire Love Rewards directly within the app using In-App Purchases on mobile, or via credit card on the web. Navigate to the LoveCoin tab and follow the purchase flow. Your tokens will be credited to your account once the payment is confirmed.
How do I use Love Rewards?
You can use your Love Rewards (LOVE) balance to redeem premium subscription access within the app. Navigate to the Premium Plans screen and select the Love Rewards payment option to subscribe using your earned tokens.

Lovecoin.me offers:

• Weekly Premium — USD $9.99/week — Personal Coach (10/day), Opening Lines (30/day), Conversation Analytics (5/day), Priority Support

Subscriptions auto-renew and can be managed via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lovecoin.me.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication via Firebase. Your payment data is handled by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. AI conversations are processed securely and not shared with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab within the app. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will remove your personal data from our active databases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Profile tab under "Subscription Status." If you subscribed via the App Store, manage it through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
